We are a member of ABTA, the Association of British Travel Agents. We follow the ABTA Code of Conduct - which means we have high standards. So, if something goes wrong with your holiday, such as delays to your flight or disruptive building works at the hotel, we are obliged to recompense you or do our best to find a solution to the problem. We can even offer you advice on other issues or questions, such as passports or visas.
We also hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence, or ATOL. It’s issued by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and is backed by the UK government. If you book a trip that includes a flight, then your trip is ‘ATOL protected’ and you will receive an ATOL certificate from us at the time of booking. What this means is, in the unlikely event of our insolvency, your money is protected and you would receive a refund of any monies paid out. If you were already on holiday, you could continue your trip just as planned.
Both of these badges are there to give you peace of mind when booking your trip with us, so you can concentrate on the important matter of planning – and enjoying – your holiday. It’s all part of the great customer service we strive to give.
